prime locationgreat condition
the location is definitely prime. i really enjoyed that the downtown area was so close and the condition of the place itself was really great

The valet car parking team offered a great service, remembering our family cars. they brought them quickly and kept them scratch-free, which i valued. the location was excellent with the best view of burj khalifa. staff provided services quickly whenever we needed them. We loved that.
rooms were great for couples but they seemed a little congested for my kids. it wasn't too much of an issue, but more space would have been helpful.

The hotel offers a gym with three treadmills and two stationary bikes. It is accessible 24/7. there is a large outdoor swimming pool, with approximately twenty loungers and a shaded area. We loved the facilities! a dedicated concierge desk is available in the lobby to assist with tours and travel arrangements.

the hotel is situated near many supermarkets, pharmacies, and restaurants which was very helpful. burj khalifa is close, and dubai mall is about a 10-minute taxi ride costing around $7-8, so it's simple to get around. there is direct access to the water canal.

my superior suite included two separate sinks. there was also a rainfall shower which was really nice. high-quality bed linen and pillows were available, i slept so well. bathroom amenities were sufficient too.

the room was spacious and very clean. the breakfast buffet was awesome and offered lots of choices. we loved the location because it was very convenient for transportation! a taxi ride to the mall cost just a few dollars. but the pool. was amazing!
The air conditioning unit was rather loud. it made sleeping a bit difficult. Though i adjusted after a while.

i appreciated the perfect cleanliness of the room. the breakfast was also delicious and had a wide variety of choices. i was especially impressed by how attentive the staff were to my needs. we loved the Burj Khalifa view. it was fine.

the location was very convenient. i found it easy to reach many attractions. the breakfast buffet had a wide selection, including french-style items and vegan options.. the staff was very attentive. the cleaning service was good and responded to additional requests.
the soap dispenser in the shower wasn't working properly. the tv remote had a flat battery. the pool area did not have enough shade, a problem during the hottest part of the day.
